CSL Plasma

I have talked to the manager on Nov 18 in the evening. What I had said got taken out completely out of context. If someone says something about you its true no matter what there is no investigation. I reached out to corporate to try to fix the manner. I am out a portion of my income I have to see a physiologist about this. I feel victimized and I honestly believe that there are employees that will target you because of your religious preference.

Val is very inexperienced. I've been coming here on and off for a couple of years and its been fine. None of these people except Shay know how to stick my left arm. I decided to have Val try since Shay did it with no issues and that was where I went wrong. She had no clue what she was doing! She took forever to find the vein. When she stuck me there was no blood so she proceeded to dig around in my arm. I asked her to stop and use my right arm as it was painful. She ignored me and kept digging and moving the needle around until I could feel a shock wave in my arm. She tapes it down knowing there is no flow then says she'll get Richard to look at it. I asked her why she ignored me and kept digging in my vein. She says because they don't like to re-stick. Sure they don't. I told her I don't want anything else done to this arm to get her manager and someone else to stick me. The manager comes up didn't introduce herself so idk her name, lack of empathy and tries to justify Val's actions. She wasn't helpful at all. I understand the value of plasma as it helped my sister but some of these folks aren't properly trained and lead people to stop donating. After Saturday I am done being a donor. Val needs to head back to training and her manager needs to remember what She was hired for.
