This location is billing me for a service not performed on my vehicle.
I took in my truck to this location to have products installed on my truck. When I went to pick up my truck days later my truck looked the same. I asked about the service but an item on the receipt was missing on the truck. Asked for a refund of the missing parts and was refused.
I would like a refund on the items and service not performed on the truck.
I came into this location looking to have the suspension of my vehicle lifted with a suspension lift kit on 12/6/2019. When I returned to pick up my vehicle on 12/8/2019, the employee said they could not remove my wheels because they could not find the socket to remove the unique bolts holding the wheels. I then handed him the socket and waited about an hour because he stated all that was left was to swap the new wheels in. They then brought the vehicle out from the back and upon arrival the vehicle looked the same height with new wheels. I inspected underneath of the vehicle and no new parts seemed to be present. I then confronted the employee and he proceeded to explain that the new parts were hidden and if I wanted to see them he would have to take it apart and charge me for that labor. Based on the receipt, the items listed were not visible to me so I decided to go to another location to clarify the services provided by Car Stereo Pros. That location (Outlaw Offroad) performed a thorough inspection and notified me that the vehicle did not receive the items listed on the receipt of Car Stereo Pros and merely had the torsion keys adjusted on the vehicle. I went back to Car Stereo Pros with the invoice of Outlaw Offroad and asked how we can come to a settlement. The employee shrugged and refused to provide any solution. Car Stereo Pros is still billing me for that service not performed on my vehicle. Pictures show the vehicle height is the same.

Correction to a credit report I have an estimate from Outlaw Offroad on the service I originally wanted and would like the amount of the estimate plus the amount charged for the inspection they performed to be refunded by Car Stereo Pros in order to receive the services to my vehicle from Outlaw Offroad.
If *** can bring his invoice to CSP and talk to the manager we will be able to make sure he got every thing he ordered

Due to the unprofessionalism I experienced at CSP, I do not feel comfortable leaving my vehicle in that shop. I would simply like a refund of the items and services I was charged. A summation of approximately $*** should be removed from that invoice.

The invoice provided by CSP does not contain any pricing for parts and services. Highlighted items plus labor were the missing items for this transaction. Other items were also changed during installation.
