After reviewing Mr*** history more thoroughly, we have had multiple accounts with him and each have ended with an unpaid balance. We will clear the charges from the current account in question and would ask that Mr*** not pursue doing business with C Spire in the future

After reviewing Ms. [redacted]' account, we did determine that we should credit her $[redacted].  This has been done and we hope this resolves this matter.

I will be more than glad, not to do business with Cspire in the future. In regards to multiple accounts being unpaid, you received a letter from my attorney ([redacted]) in regards to those accounts. I always believe in doing business with local companies, but I have to realize that sometime you have to seek business elsewhere.

I am rejecting this response because:
This is the same offer from their previous response, in my previous rejection I included the reasons why I was rejecting the offer and included what we both could do to make a settlement to get this issue resolved.

If Mr. [redacted] can return the devices that were purchased at a discount, we will be glad to waive any early termination fees.

C Spire will include a refund for the amounts paid for the phones upon their return as well as waiving any early termination fees.

Mr. [redacted] complains of service in his area.  He also mentions his data service being throttled.  When Mr. [redacted] purchased his phone, he had 30 days to try the service with no obligation.  His service was activated on November 8, 2013.
Mr. [redacted] called our contact...

center several times between this date and December 18th.  Each of the calls regarding billing or reward points questions.  There was no mention of service issues.
On December 18th, he complained of slow speeds and we notified him that his speeds had been altered due to excessive usage.  This is in accordance with the terms and conditions he agreed to.
2 days later, he called about financing an iPad as an additional line.
On January 6, he called in again regarding his data speeds and his speeds had been altered again due to excessive usage.
On his first full billing cycle for December 11, one of his phones used 1903 minutes and 6.9 GB of data.  The other used 667 minutes and 903 mb of data.
On the next cycle of January 11, one of his phones used 3765 minutes and 7.1 GB of data.  The other used 2521 minutes and 576 mb of data.
As these numbers indicate, Mr. [redacted] has ample service.  It appears his complaint is around the fact that his speeds are not always at the full amount due to the excessive usage.  C Spire continues to provide him service.  If he will manage his usage slightly, he should have no more issues with his speed.  We recommend he use Wifi as much as possible.
His current data usage is more than the 3 times that of the normal user.  However, if Mr. [redacted] is willing to return the devices he purchased at a discounted figure, we will waive an early termination fees.
