She called me on 22 and said she had a small leak that wasn't big but just wanted me to check on it. I told her it would be at...

least the first of the week before I could get there. I am very busy this time of year . She called Monday while I was at my kids skate thing and I didn't call her back because I was being a dad. And than I was too busy the next day repairing my truck witch was down for a week and it is the only thing I have that can carry a ladder. Than I get a letter from Revdex.com informing me of the complaint. I was taken back and couldn't believe it! I don't do people wrong and 20 years in business and all my reports from [redacted], [redacted] and you guys Revdex.com are impeccable.Had she gave me some time I would have been glad to help her. I am sorry for her inconvenience but she really didn't give me a chance.

Poor customer service. No matter how busy, a quick call after not coming out to look at leak when told would have prevented further action. Both home phone and work number were provided as contact. Not returning my calls leaves the impression that contractor does not care about warranty on workmanship issues once paid.

Had she gave me ample time to look at this I would. The only thing she's doing is apparently getting guys to repair it.... my last inclination from her previous uploads was she had it fixed. I have no intention on doing any wrong here but unless I get the chance to fix it I will not pay for another to do so...
I really hate it's came down to this but she acted like I was supposed to jump and I told her from the first day I was swamped..... so with that being said if I am able to go by and look and fix I would love to... but my warranty expires when another does work to my work....
I have been in business since 1997 and have seviced many folks. This is one of 2 issues that I have had. I will not pay her nothing as I did her roof for several hundred less than my competitors and did a professional job...... like I said if I need to go by and look I will be glad to do so.... but I will not pay for her impatients......

I remain adamant about the lack of customer service from this contractor.
I requested only a phone call from Chris. In the time he took to respond to this Revdex.com Complaint, he could have simply called me when I asked. I would have been more understanding and another date could have been arranged.
However now since he has stated that he was "too busy" to even return my calls, implies my roof would have continued to leak until repaired by a 3rd party contractor.
