I took my car to their dealership to have car repaired due to malfunction of a ball joint and tire rod breakingI was asking for the prices for parts and how much labor, I didn't get the right response on how much parts wereThe service department wasn't giving me any updates on my car if was fixed or notThen I wasn't informed of my car getting broken into and the radio was stolen out of the car along with other items when I came in to pay partially on my carThey wouldn't replace my radio unless I paid for the whole bill which was unfair due to the fact I wasn't told my car was broken into until Tuesday on June 5thThe Service department was rude to me and the general manager threatened me if I didn't pick my car up I was forced pay the billWhich they didn't want to replace my radio, only my windowThe service is horrible and how they treat customers is mind blowing

Will I went in the talk about getting a new carThe salesperson was very nice but the only thing I didn't like was there was no cubicle for salesperson to talk me aboutWe are now all about privacy will I hear every word about the person transaction that sitting behind me lucky I'm not someone who listens to that but if I was a mad person ifould have gotten personal information I think there should be cubicle for salesperson or offices for privacy Would make person more secure in giving information All other dealerships I been too have them Especially knowing they can afford them with what they charge for cars Come on think of people's privacy

Most of the experience was terrific we got the price we wanted without having to negotiate They gave us their final and best offer which was better than what was listed on KBB for our area Everyone treated us very well and made sure we were completely satisfied with everything Only down fall which is not David Hobbs Honda’s fault but Honda’s Supposedly Honda makes the dealership order accessories with the VIN number Which they couldn’t order our accessories until they had the vehicle in their possession to verify the VIN number and then they could order the dealer installed accessories Also unfortunately the dealer (not David Hobbs Fault) they purchased the vehicle from didn’t include a second key FOB so they had to order a second one and program it We wish we would have known up-front they couldn’t order the accessories until they had the vehicle and the VIN number
