In Febof I paid a invoice for services and along with the check I wrote on the invoice to cancel my contract with them A month later I received another bill for services rendered that did not happen, or if it did I was not home at the time, so I wrote back saying I had already paid the bill and asked for cancelationI still receive a bill every month since that time, for services I did not receive and I told them that I would not pay it I never received an explanation as to why I am still getting billed

Pest service was provided on 10/11/after months of talking to a manager and being assured that no service was to be provided without our express approval and this was being placed in our file We have had months of ongoing billing disputes even after we were assured that no further billing would be done We just received a bill for the 10/11/service when we were told by a manager that (1) the bill would be disregarded (2) this would be placed in our file and we would not receive any more bills We have been repeated been lied to in this manner by a manager for many months

My husband and I recently moved permanently back to Washington StateYuma Pest & Termite had been servicing our address in Yuma for yearsI was contacted by Yuma Pest last year that I had been over-paying our monthly bill and had a "large" amount of money sitting in our account with themWhen we moved back to Washington in August I contacted Yuma Pest to have that money refundedI was told by the manager that she would contact their billing department and have the money refunded to our address in WashingtonI have since contacted Yuma Pest (and spoke with a supervisor) five times, I have also sent them a letter requesting the refundEach time I have been told they would issue the refundThese correspondents starting in early SeptemberToo date I have yet to receive our refundI am sick and tired of being promised something I believe they have no intention of doing

An observation was made for possible termites in the home we purchasedWarranty service was done for this home prior to us purchasing it so it was part of the buy process We called to have them come for the warranty coverage and they will not honor their own warranty
