Review: I took my [redacted] to CSTK in [redacted], Pa. I explained to them that my [redacted] Bunk heater was not working properly and they told me to wait about an hour till they have a tech available, so I said ok and I will wait. after about 45 minutes the tech came out to me and asked what was wrong and I told him that my [redacted] heater is not working properly, then he looked underneath and found that the fuel line was disconnected, he then told me to pull my truck into the shop, he then said that he will blow the line out to get any dirt that was in it out and reconnect the line and put clamps on it, when he was finished about 30 minutes later he said it was working fine now. Then when it was time to pay the guy making the bill said that it will be $214.00 and I said that was outrageous and he said that he billed me for 2 hours and then I said that I haven't been here for 2 hours and then he said that he will take off an half hour, which is still too much time, my truck was only in the shop a total of 45 minutes. The bill went from $214.00 to $193.56. I figured it would of took 15 minutes for the job. The invoice has a time on it that saids 15:51:01 which is the time the job started, my credit card reciept saids 16:49:13 when they were paid, between the time of being finished to the time to actually billing me was about 20 minutes. I'm looking for $100.00 return, I think that is so reasonable.Desired Settlement: I think the business should refund me $100.00. The shop supplies charge was $20.60 and the environmental charge was $7.50. What possible shop supplies were used? a screwdriver? If they want business from me in the future, they should refund me $100.00
