deposit to make the amount The amount of labor and materials used, and taking his vehicle out of the shop before completion accounts for him not recieving his deposit backCustom braces and frames had to be made for the lamborghini hinges we installed, a hood scoop was fabricated on his hood as well as a wing installed on his trunkWhen he came to take the car with the tow truck he was screaming, yelling, and threatening employees at the shopAttached is an estimate that he signed when the car was dropped off and pictures of the work that was done to the vehicleIn the comments section of the estimate on the first page you will notice there is a remark that states "NO TIME LIMIT ON CUSTOM WORK", which is what was being done to his vehicleAny questions or concerns please call ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The work he's referring to was unacceptable and incomplete, the door hing and pumps were already on the vehicle when I had it towed to his shop like I said in the report I never denied the fact his worker applied the pumps to a incomplete bracket,the driver's door was the only door that was worked on.Far as the hood it was incomplete and damaged as wellThe materials couldn't have exceeded $100.I brought the hood scoop,hing set and wing myself.We had a verbal agreement he'd be finish mid September last year,this went on for over a year of him saying he'll be finish in two weeks but I guess that his way of using his clause on customers when he don't meet the time frame he tells his customers.My vehicle sat in his shop being damaged,not only that he continuously told me two weeks or next week for over a year,I have pictures and a report and other paper work as well

Company responded to the complaint by phone 7/15/16-***MrJack from the company who states that this consumer never gave them any money for the repairs that were doneHe states that the consumer also has a Kia at their shop which she has left there for over a yearHe states that they have
tried to call the consumer to get it picked up and she hasn't returned any of their callsHe states that as far as the current vehicle that the consumer is talking about, they did not eat in the consumer car as they have a lunch room and all the repairs that were done to the consumer's car were done for free so there is nothing to give to the consumer
