I am a very busy business owner as many of you. I had relied on *** for my office IT needs for the past six years and I have been very happy with the level of service, speed and honesty when it comes to sharing the good and bad news around technology in my office.

Early on this year we switched our phone system to his company and it was a very smart move on my part. For example: My staff and I had a meeting to attend and I called *** and his team asking for help with a new message to greet my clients to let them know we were going to attend a staff training for few hours and he handled it for me remotely 20 minutes after my call. I was on my way to TN driving, when I realized I did not take care of it before I left. Honestly, I do not know how the phones work . I had a staff person handling this side of the business, but she got a new job few days before and I did not get the opportunity to learn it all. We have over 10 phone numbers running and it is very affordable for a small business owner. We handle over 1500 calls between incoming and outgoing on a monthly basis. We have not been down for more than 1 hour over the past 8 months due to a power related issue. It has been the perfect fit for my business size and I am sure there is plenty of room to growth.
