I do appreciate your apology and thanking me for taking care of the incorrect couchWhen we received our delivery it was and 1/hours late and the leather pillows that we're going to be thrown in for all the trouble were not includedI know deliveries can run a little late but my husband took off work early and got my daughter out of school early to make sure he was there and the delivery drivers were just leaving around 6:30pmI didn't call reguarding the black leather pillows because I didn't think anyone would care or even remember the several people I talked to about itI think a heavy discount should of been offered to begin with after the way things were handledI could not with good faith send anyone to sofa city to buy furniture if this is how customer service is run

I am rejecting this response because:
The issue was fixed, but Sofa City was not the one who fixed the issue. I want to warn others of the issue so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

We greatly apologize for the inconvenience caused by manufacturing/shipping delays. All money that this customer paid to the finance company will be refunded back to her, if it has not already been refunded.

I called Sofa City this evening but [redacted] will not be available until tomorrow noon. I plan to go to the store tomorrow. If the recliner they held for 1 day (12-6) is gone.......I guess I'll consider a lesson learned about false advertising. Thank you for your help.
