Pre Bilt is having some issues ordering the tracks from the door manufacturer.Pre Bilt will send a installer out to remeasure for high lift door tracks so we can try again to order the correct tracks from Manufacturer.Tell us why here

I am rejecting this response...
because:This will be the 3rd time he has said this. The door was measured on 8/3/17 and again on 8/23/17, I have been waiting 72 days to get this installed. Also I have not heard back from him since 11/1/17 with a time and date even if he intended to measure the door and resolve this issue. I have had enough of this undeserved terrible customer service.

The homeowner told us in another email he was going to take care of the additional work for the balance owed on the job.We're working with a new garage door install company now,if he would like,we can send my installer to the job and see what part needs to be ordered.Willing to work with homeowner.
