We did talk to this customer and never set a definite date to look at issue! We did state we were working in and around the area on Saturday but we would call to set a date for issueAlso almost months later there is mention of this.? Called to day left message too have her call and make

Excellent company to work with. Very professional, courteous, and efficient. I had quite an extensive renovation which came out absolutely beautiful and I was very impressed with the quality of their work which was done in a timely fashion.

We hired this contractor to do whole first floor hardwood flooring as well as tile work. The contractor is not professional and his team consisted of amateurs, who happen to be moonlighting. The quality of the job (Hardwood) flooring is bad (cupping happens due to incorrect installation & prep). I am surprised [redacted] had him as their contractor. The tile work is terrible and we have several cracks on the tiles. The contractor cuts corners and not trust worthy.

Review: Had kitchen floor installed but noticed that there were a couple of pieces that were cut wrong and are not flush aganist wallDesired Settlement: I called troy informed him of this was told he would come out and see what I was talking about waited all day last Saturday when he said that he would come but he never called or came over I want this mistake taken care of

I was tasked this past summer with selling my parent's house. It had fallen into such disrepair that it would have been embarrassing to put it on the market in the condition it was in. The hardwood floors had pet stains on them, the walls had paper from the 1970s, they were filthy and even had some holes in them. Initially, I was just going to refinish the floors and walls and called CT hardwood Flooring for this. They did an amazing job, the floors came out gorgeous and the walls looked like new again, absolutely perfect. Troy and his team did such a terrific job that I went on to have them replace all the lighting, remove tile from the bathroom walls and replace it with wainscoting, paint the walls and floor of the garage (which needed LOTS of repair), paint the basement, paint the exterior of the house (also needed LOTS of repair), the list goes on and on. So often you hear that refurbishing a house can be a nightmare, but not with Troy L[redacted] and CT Hardwood Flooring. He had no problem with all the changes I kept making, he would discuss alternatives and ideas, he stuck to the prices he quoted, there were no surprises, anything I came up with, he took care of. He and his team were a pleasure to work with, very friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend them!!!
