CT Incredible Inflatables

Yes we did rent a water slide to him on Saturday 6/11/ On Saturday morning he did call asking about the weather I told him that the forecast called for possible showers late morning and then clearing with more showers in the evening He made the decision to except the slide and then called about an hour after it was delivered and set up that he would like to cancel it and wanted a refund I stated that we would come back and pick it up and stated I would only refund Normally after it is delivered there is no refund He was not happy and understanding that it was now raining I told him that I would work with him and give it to him another day at no charge He asked if he could have it for the next day and after verifying it was not going out we left it their for Sunday 6/12/ Upon coming into work Sunday morning the weather forecast called for high winds with gusts upto 30-40mphWith this forcast I cannot put out any inflatables and canceled reservations I called him and explained the forcast and stated to use it earlier rather then later because as soon as the wind picks up early afternoon we have to pick it up We came at 1:and he was not happy I am not offering any refund at this point I believe I have been very flexible and safety of the kids and the equipment come first

I never will rent from this company again, (nor will any of our party guests) rented a 68ft obstacle course from them in juneAfter we inflated it, and the kids went through it one time, they came out saying there was worms in itI went in and there was hundreds of MAGGOTS! I tried calling the company along with my husband and no response from the owner all day We had to wait for the young men (they were very understanding and gave us the owners other number) to pick it up to show them the videosThe owner was VERY rude over the phone saying that a few bugs in it was no big dealI'm sorry but if you are paying $to have a blow up course it shouldn't be filled with maggotsThis is a health hazard! Kids don't need to be getting sick just because they went through a blowup courseDO NOT RENT FROM THIS BUSINESS, but if you do make sure you check the entire thing before they leave!

I tried to work with him on another date I told him to pick a Sunday and I would delliver it at no charge He picked the next day I can not control the weather When we did pick the slide up it was getting windy I was not going to let it stay out and have some one get hurt As for not stopping by the party after it was picked up I am not sure how that would have helped the situation When my worker called and stated they wanted me to stop by I told him I would call them I was trying to work with him and accommodate him the best I could Again not offering a refund

I am rejecting this response because: I have witnesses that will atest he did not come at it was 12/ winds were not wild for him to come at this early of a time and he was rude lied about coming to speak to us after three of his employees stated he would which they immediately left and he did not show up that is not a professional response to us again I understand the weather however he convinced me to keep the slide Saturday and did not give a time for Sunday to pick it up just showed up unannounced again not professional I will not be backing down from this , I demand my money back since he has not been professional what so ever and have witnesses to state his attitude and yelling at us over the phone when we called to see if he was coming to speak with us since we were so upset about the out come , again I am not backing down after his unprofessional attitude and having his employees lie to us so they could just take the slide and leave without us hearing from him again , no I will not settle for this unprofessional business transaction.

I'm sorry but if you are paying $558.34 to have a blow up course it shouldn't be filled with maggots. This is a health hazard! Kids don't need to be getting sick just because they went through a blowup course. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BUSINESS, but if you do make sure you check the entire thing before they leave!
