Complaint Information: In response to [redacted] , [redacted] We were unaware of this complaint until about weeks agoApologies for the delayLaser show system purchased was a LuminanceRGB LAser light show systemClient received exactly as he purchased, with product test records to prove as suchInstallation was not completed satisfactorily due to client (and yes, agreeably us also) choosing to completely change the agreed upon layout and installation locationIt was expressed to us that (completely opposite of what was agreed upon during site survey PRIOR to installation and delivery) that the desired effects were now aerial beam effects and not as imperative were the animation effectsThis completely changes the intended installation designInitial installation in which we were paid for was completed and finishedMINUS the mirrors which, again, yes we concur were not included in the installation due to a shipping error (again with documentation to prove as such also)However, with the newly desired installation location and newly desired intended effects, the mirrors would have had to be immediately removed alsoWe spoke with [redacted] and also emailed (a copy can be sent if needed) and expressed that the new installation would not be "free of charge." We were even willing to work with them and only charge them halfThere was fault on our end, however there was also a complete design change on their endWe offered this compromise, and due to unfortunate "outside circumstances" with the company owner, communication may have been delayedHowever, we did not have an affirmative answer to our offerWe accept some fault, but the client needs to realize that a drastic change like this is not a free product/labor upgrade

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Im not sure what they are offering although they "accept some responsibility" for the incomplete and unsatisfactory installation.  We would accept a refund for the mirrors we paid for and did not receive and settle the matter at that point? Sincerely,[redacted]
