Called to have a lock replacedTech couldn't fix the lock (not his fault, it's 80+ years old) so we decided to install a deadboltShredded my door and mis-drilled his lockNow my "locked" door swings an inch and a half in frameThis is my front door to my homeCharged me $for thisI called the company to complain and they had him call me back to ask what my problem wasThe customer service rep refused to connect me to a supvisor and said that this matter was between myself and the technician, and the company couldn't do anything for meThe technician offered me $for the troubleI said it wasn't good enough, to which he responded, "I assume you'd prefer $instead of nothing." The refund has not occurred I now have to replace the door

I was quoted $and I was charged $for locks to be changed on doors The serviceman said I needed to call his office to talk to them about getting a credit When I called they said they were just a dispatch office I said "That's funny because yesterday you said you were Issaquah Locksmith and you quoted me a price She said there was nothing she could do, she said I would have to call the locksmith Their receipt had no contact info and the receipt said the business name was 24/but the bank said the charge came from a company called CT Locksmith with no phone number I tried calling CT Locksmiths but on phone number says not working and the other one someone picks up and hangs up 24/when I called them they argued with me about the charge and a very rude lady hung up but before hanging up she said you signed the receipt and you bank with see a copy of that when we respond to your dispute and you will have to pay it

I called this company and was quoted dollars for the mileage and around dollars for them to use a hand pump wedge it in my door and inflate/press down on the unlock buttonThey got there unlocked my car and presented me with a dollar billI felt that not only was this an unreasonable price but also completely unrealistic

I now have to replace the door

Their fee as advertised on their website and told to me over the phone is $for the service call and then starting at $for labor and materialsIt was my son's car that needed unlocked and I wasn't going to be onsite so they asked me to sign and set up payment via docusign which I liked because it was secureThey told me the technician would call me after assessing the situation to tell the the cost before starting workHe DID NOT call meBecause he got lost, I was on the phone with the tech when he arrived and had asked my son in an earlier conversation to text me when all was finishedThe technician had the car unlocked in approximately five minutesDuring this whole process, I had been emailing back and forth with the Locksmith Pro office staff who sent me the docusign and requested a copy of my ID and CCOnce the tech was onsite, they no longer returned my emails despite four more attempts to communicate with them requesting to know what the final cost would beSo I

I contacted a business listed under Lock & Key Seattle, because my husband had locked his keys in his truck, while at work in SeattleBeing that their address was listed across the street, literally,I figured it would be quick and easyThe lady on the line quoted me $for a service charge, and an additional $for the actual service of unlocking the doorAfter asking what year of vehicle it was she assured me on the quoted priceI mentioned I would talk it over with my husband and would call back if I needed the service
Not even minutes later I had a technician calling me to get my address, finding out she had dispatched someone even after I told her I would wait and call her back
Thinking he would already be close to where my husband was, I gave the tech my husbands number and address
I received a call about 10minites later that the technician wasn't honoring the agreed quoted amount and charged my husband $After my husband confronted the tech about the amo

This company is charging completely unreasonable rates for their servicesI wanted to have doors worked onEach door had a deadbolt and a *** handle, both needing to be replaced because we bought a new houseSo in total, locks needed to be replacedAfter taxes and everything, this came to $(roughly $per lock)I told the tech that I thought this was unreasonable, and so he was able to talk to his manager and convince him to give me a "discount" if I paid in cashInstead of $1045, I paid $900, cashStill, $per lockThe deadbolts they installed are not "fancy" or integrated with electronic blue tooth entry or anything like thatA survey of comparable locks on Home Depot's website shows that each one should cost about $(if I estimate very liberally)So 4*$is $It took the technician about an hour to do all locksSo did I just pay $for one hour of work? That's more expensive than the best lawyer you can hireThere's no way this was worth that

Absolutely awful, they made me a key that was faulty and when they came back to make one that worked they tried to charge me an extra $on top of the $that I had already paidHe left with a working key to my car and now they refuse to refund me and left me with a key that does not workThey called and harassed me for telling them the first key did not workDo not go here they have awful customer service and will rip you offI will be taking legal action to resolve this situation

SCAMDo NOT use themI called them from a borrowed phone and was quoted one price by the operatorWhen the fake locksmith arrived an hour later, the price more than doubledOf course you are desperate and not in a position to negotiateThen he could not pick my basic door lock and damaged the wood door pretendingHe ended up breaking off my door *** and then offered to replace it for another $THEY SHOULD BE IN JAIL

The answer from CT locksmith is preposterousThe lock is manufactured by a well know lock company called BaldwinThe lock was purchased and installed "NEW" 8yrs agoI can only assume by the "technician's remarks that he has not had any formal training in Locksmithing and that includes recognizing any brand name lockThe parts left out of the assembly were essential to the operation of the lockThe reason they seemed o.k is that he left a pile of screws and pieces which did affect the performance of the lockFunny there is no mention of the Manager "George J***" who gave me his email to send a picture of the left over parts- whom never respondedThis company told me that they would send out a new technician after the initial complaintThey sent the same guy! He got nervous when I was talking to his supposed boss and kept interrupting me on the phoneHe left because he knew his work was sub-par at best and that I was calling their company on itThis company uses multiply names such as Allied Lock Smith, American Locksmith and CT Locksmith! None of these entities back up their "contracted" services with jokers with less than a screwdriver and a flashlight whom they pass off as Locksmiths*** ***

My complaint is similar to or the same as the othersI locked myself out of my car right outside my condoI called on September 16th, around 7:pmThe guy came fairly quicklyAll he did was put a air squeeze wedge in and popped by door openIt cost me $for minsof "labor"These guys are gouging people, and not only that, but I used this company before for the front door of my condoAt that time, the men, two of them got $for doing the same thing with a air squeeze wedge minWhen I told the guy this time that $to open a car door in minwas outrageous, he said, "I don't make the pricesI'm just the messenger." However, how could that be when they other guys for my front condo door gave me a discount of $89?? Something is NOT RIGHTAll three men were foreigners, Israeli men, in fact, here, they said, on work visasI had a good conversation with all of themI have a feeling there is a set price from CT Locksmith, but CT told they can hike the price

Company is a scamGoogled a local locksmithResults showed they were localCalled and set up an appointment 10/5/Price quoted stated $per lock to change outWe required locks and deadbolts rekeyedTech arrived (in his own car)Stated he needed to go get more locks, didn't have enoughLeft and came backStated each lock would be $eachMy husband reluctantly agreedLocks were changedDidn't look new and front door lock sticks and doesn't turn well and is worse than the originalBlank invoice with no phone or address was providedTech was rude when I asked why it was blank and what their phone number was, He had to look it up and asked why I didn't have it in my phoneI said my husband called them, not meInvoice only shows 24/Locksmith as a nameCharged $labor and svc $Overall charge $This company is a total scamWe called what was listed as a local business and got this unethical businessAs I said, total scam

Hired this "locksmith" company off internet (425-492-1732) to install two locks (provided by me) at my residenceThe "locksmith" showed up in a beat up Unmarked business name" van, no uniform and little toolsNice enough fellow but became obvious within minutes that he was bewildered about how to install a lockAfter two hours he had the locks onPaid him including taxReceipt says 24/locksmith, NO address, NO phone #Looked ok but after he left realized the locks were mounted crooked and that he left a handful of parts including screws and larger parts outRe-called there company which they responded with ph#
