Please watch out for the business practices of this company and a few other contractors that they recommend using to repair damage they cause, or to do additional work to finish the job. Especially extra electrical work. When questioned about why the extra work needed to be done, the employee got almost sadistic and defensive and stated the it was necessary to keep up with code. Then he made me feel insecure about being able to sell my home, and that a building inspector would not approve unless his friends came in a finished the job at an additional cost of hundreds, if not thousands of extra dollars.
After the company finished the job at my residence, it took more then a week and 4 visits, I checked on the claims they had made about the work they did and the work that their referred contractors were to do. Every claim was a lie, and a lot of what they did was unnecessary. I don't know if any convictions will be made, but they will soon be under investigation by the states Attorney General.
For your own protection, and the protection of the elderly, the vulnerable, and those on a low, fixed income, please do not use this company. If you do, please do not use their referred contractors. This company does unnecessary work so their friends can come in later and charge their premium on top of what it costs for them to do the work that this company can't do themselves.
Learn from my mistake, and don't make one of your own. There are a ton of reputable plumbers and contractors out there, they might just charge a little more up front. The quality job they do will be worth it, and will definitely keep your house up to code.
