I'm replying to complaint by customer on rating down and transporting there triple wide as for there comp paint on taking to long yes I agree but what they are leaving out is that it says weather permitting that does not only apply to there job if weather holds me up on another job it will naturally
hold me up on there's and yes I had many issues from employees to weather to equipment and hi offered them a refund if did not get complete once and I ended up having a stroke and being in hospital for weeks and when she ask me about that I said I didn't know I was go in to be in hospital and she said her and her husband talked about it and said they would pay me anyways and I never mentioned it again and they waited a month for me to get started because as I informed them on the day I signed contract I had to finish other jobs first and weather was a factor in that as for roof I said with it being rotten and old I would seal to best of my ability to not leak until they repaired it and put there metal roof on but would not reroof the house I'm responsible for not sealing around sky light and vent pipe the nail wholes were not ours so we over looked them as for other it was rotten and needed to be replaced like I said I would not retool the house and as for leaks it was raining when we left and was not leaking I'm not perfect I can not tell if I fixed a rotten roof not to leak until it shows a leak as for damage there no way there's anymore water damage then was already there as for dirt it's under the house and the conditions we worked in to try to get it done for there appraisal you wouldn't be able to tell as for Windows there's no way I broke the windows one as been broke for so long it turned yellow the other looks like a bb gun and I should have takin pictures but as for condition of house I figured there would be none and as for dropping inches if they send you pics of marriage wall tooOn that end I wk t need to say no more it's rotten and probably did droop but they walked around with me and did not see it not I I can't help if it's rotten and dropped and as for the peers she notified me about one peer leaning and I said I would be up as soon as possible to repair as for pear falling I never heard about it us anybody knows block a pear is not go in to just fall over without house falling so I'm not even responding to that claim as for claim tghat I claim no responsibility show proof because the only things I was told about was roof leaking and I ask were it was leaking and told her to try to find it if not to let me know and I would come and see what I can do never heard until she texted and said pear was leaning and needed to be fixed and I said I would be up as soon as possible to fix and I ask about leak the rest of her claims I never new about until I got letter from Revdex.com it's hard to deny responsibility for something that I don't know about and take to much time to repair when you file complaint same day you tell me about the problem and as for pay they agreed to pay me while I was still in hospital and as for taking a long time to finish yes it did because we worked in conditions by contract I didn't have to to get if finished for her appraisal I didn't have to give any reduction I offered and they said no I did a good job with what I was working with on houses many issues from worpage to rot to water damage out of all there complaints all I'm responsible for is leaning pear and not caulking around the objects if pear is leaning so bad it was first one so why say job was good on walk around as she stated her self they had plenty of time to see it and my contract states I'm not responsible for damage from age or rot which majority of there complaints is such and if a contractor they hire cost dollars to caulk around to objects and strain up a pear then he's the one that should be turned in to you and as for bad work I think I did a very good job or as good as any other contractor would have done with what I had to work with they agreed the night we settled up after walk threw and found none of the complaints they have now further more yes I had a lot of bad luck and took months to do after I started but over weeks was degree weather which I still tried to work even though I didn't have to then I had equipment trouble and was in hospital for weeks what there not say in is my equipment was with there house the whole time I wasn't work in on anything but there's as a contractor all I can do is sign a contractor and do a job to best of my ability and over come all obsticals to do that and get job done as fast as possible I can not control problem I can just fix it and keep go in and further more if there is a problem come back and fix what is not right but can't do that if there timely manner I'm not doin is the same day as complaint is filed and I'm not told of half the things on complaint when they agreed to pay me by text anyway that voided my refund because I did what I said I would do and got it done as fast as possible even in bad conditions and as for roof drooping on end I need pictures of that room and roof or my lawyer my lawyer can make arrangements to get them I'm not giving a refund on a house that has major water damage and warpage and customer new of the major remodeling that needed to be done and then wants to nitpick the job we even agreed on roof needed to be fixed and tin put on before remodeling started to protect new construction because roof was bad if need copy of text or any other info just contact me thank you Kenneth B***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regarding what Mr. B[redacted] replied,  We  were told time after time it would only take 1-2 days to get house moved and put together after they started tearing it down. We understand that weather was a factor but he knew we were on a time schedule. We expressed that at the time of signing on November 5 and he agreed to go ahead with the job and guaranteed completion.  He never told us the roof was rotten, if we would have known that we would not have had him shingle over it and had it fixed before shingles went down. We are complaining about the holes on the roof where he and his crew did not place shingles on correctly. They just nailed overtop the flaps, where you are to lift them up and nail them down under the shingle. They could have at least tared over the nails they put down.  The lack of taring, rotten roof, and how shingles were placed are not what is considering to us, it is that the roofs do not line up correctly leaving it unleveled.   As for the piers, He still has not come to fix them. The pier that has fallen was a center pier. As he described to us, it was not a main support pier, therefore the house should not have fallen down like he stated in the reply.  It was a single pier. I have attached photos of that. I have also attached photos of the leaning pier. It is hard to see in photos but it is definitely leaning and we are worried once it warms up and the ground begins to expand the corner will drop.  The centerpiece side that goes to the front door piece is not lined up correctly. There is about a 2-3 inch difference on how they should line up on the roofline. I have also attached a photo of that along with the difference in the ends not lining up. My husband and I knew the roof would need replaced down the road but was not planning on it right away. We really just need the roof to line up correctly. The rotten part has nothing to do with the 2x4 to be flush.   As for the window, it is an easy fix on our behalf. We will fix it but I have also attached photos of the broken window after transporting and our initial look at the home.   The walk through was done in the dark. We could not closely examine every square inch in the dark. It is true it was rainy when we walked through the house, and noticed that the roof was leaking and Mr. B[redacted] said it was just wet from the rain. We believed him at the time because it was wet from that, but it was later we discovered it was because it was not sealed correctly.   I do not recall every saying he personally did a good job. I did say his workers were good. However, the day before after he asked for an advance in money, I told him we were EXTREMELEY dissatisfied and that I did not think he deserved a penny because of poor work ethic the company had on delivering the product they said they would.  With this being said my husband and I agreed to pay him just to get them off the property and to be finished with him. We had no idea these things where wrong, because we are not cats and cannot see in the dark.   We feel that he did us wrong and will not own up to it or come and fix the piers, roofline, and making sure the ends are flush with one another. We are no longer going to ask for a full refund, but we would like a $4,000 refund to have the piers fixed, the roofline readjusted, and the floor raised to where they are flush.  We feel $4000 dollars will cover having someone come in and do this.  We do not want Mr. B[redacted] or CT Projects to fix the mistakes. We feel that he is unable to do it in a time fashion or provide quality work.  I have attached photos of the roof, piers, and the flooring to show it is not level. Respectfully,  [redacted]
