TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE *** who runs this business was initially very friendly and helpful When my item arrived I did not feel it was what I had been anticipating When I told him that he got very defensive and nasty After multiple emails I received a return authorization and sent the item back The item was delivered back to him almost weeks ago and he has not refunded my money nor responded to email Fortunately I charged the purchase and can turn it over as a disputed charge to my credit card company -- what a hassleJust not someone you ever want to do business with

-You are clearly able to pay by paypal so I don't know wtf the false credit card scam accusation was about.
-Some claim they waited on their order forever? I got a USPS tracking number "LN**SSN**US" from both paypal and Korean Auto Import and got my package within 10days to Toronto, Canada.
-If you read the negative bad customer service experience carefully, they are obviously fakes.
-I give them 9/10 for a smooth transaction and shipment. 10/10 if consistent in the future.

DO NOT BUY FROM THE COMPANY. The company would not accept pay pal and would only use a "secure" payment screen which takes all your information. This system tried running my credit card 3 times and gave me a error message "avs fraud". I called my bank and said it was not my visa it was the seller and to stay away from them. I contacted the owner who was EXTREMELY rude, cocky and swore and said many nasty things to me. I Threatened to contact the Revdex.com as he was being crazy and had my credit car info then got an email about how the Revdex.com is a scam and to stay away from them. Clearly I did not believe that as here I am. Their is a reason they have an F rating. STAY AWAY

I purchased an item from Korean Auto Imports back in December. The item I purchased was not the item I received, they sent an emblem that doesn't even resemble the item I ordered. After I received the product, I contacted the seller via email for a refund. No response after a week. I emailed the seller again via my personal email and through PayPal, still no response. I filed a claim through PayPal to get this resolve and obtain a refund. To this date, the seller still have not responded. Presently, I'm waiting for PayPal to resolve the issue and refund my money. Future buyers beware, do not buy from this company!!
