Review: Good afternoon,I hope all is well. My son had his car towed by the company mentioned. We have tow coverage with[redacted] through[redacted]. We've been a member since 2002 and have never had to give anything monetary since our coverage allows us to be towed up to $100. Today the driver charged my son $151 total for a 9-13 mile trip (depending on direction he took). My son paid this individual $51 out of pocket.After speaking to one of the customer reps from [redacted] roadside service (###-###-#### we were told that my son car was towed from a ditch and had to be "winched" in order to tow it. This is indeed a fabrication of the truth. I had my son shovel around his car yesterday so the car would be easy to access once the driver came. when the tow driver pulled up in front of my sons car he didn't seem to have any trouble hooking him up.It has snowed in the area and I hope they didn't expect my son to shovel enough room for the tow truck to touch NO SNOW AT ALL.I have another tow truck driver who would've charged us $50 without our tow coverage. It's a shame that they felt obligated to take advantage of my son like that.Desired Settlement: I think they should reimburse my son $51. I think the charge was truly uncalled for. We have no control over snow. I taught my son how to do things the right way. He did right by shoveling the snow and still got the 'SHORT END OF THE STICK."

Review: I was told over the phone that price (Before TAX) for replacing the fuel pump in my 2005 Jeep Liberty including parts and labor was $583. I asked twice " Does that price include parts and labor" and got positive answer. They said Tax is on top of $583. So I gave the permission to them to replace it. But after they fixed it and I went to pick up my car, they said they never said it includes labor and $583 is the price of parts only. The price from any store is a little bit over $200. Also They have very bad attitude towards their customers.Desired Settlement: Get the overcharge back.

Review: On 11/24/15 my insurance company contracted C&T Towing to have my car towed to the repair location all covered by my insurance company. When the driver came to pick up the car Julie from C&T called me and said I have to pay an extra $75.00 to have the car towed. I told her "NO" I will not pay it because this is covered by my insurance company. I told her to hold let me connect my insurance company to the call. Once my agent came to the phone Julie hang up. I told my insurance agent what the problem was and after all they told me there is no cost out of my pocket. I told my daughter who was signing the papers on my behalf not to sign anything or have them lift the car until they confirm there is no extra fees. I spoke with the driver who confirms they had it worked out with the insurance company and there is no extra charges. I told my daughter to sign the release.

20 minuets later I received another call from Julie and she said "we are at the drop off location with your car if you don't pay the 75 dollar I am going to impound your car and you will have the $75.00 to pay plus additional costs, fees, and fines.", I told her to go ahead because she and the company will have a law suite on their hand. I told her to hold again so that I can add my insurance company to the call. Once the insurance company came on the phone she hang up again. I explained again what she told me and further threatened me with impounding my car. I stayed on the phone with the insurance company until they had to leave my car. at the drop off location. this company sure does not know the meaning of best practices in business. Giving customers the bate and switch service. I just want consumers to be aware when dealing with C&T Towing because they are not honest and are a bunch of crooks (bad, unpleasant, or unsatisfactory) who prey on unsuspected victims.Desired Settlement: Stop their practice of telling the customer something when their intent is other wise. I would like to see this company being forced or held responsible for misleading consumers just to get business and then hit the consumer with extra fees.

Review: August 3rd my car Hyundai Truck Santa Fe 2004 was picked up after an Engine was replaced by CT amount paid $3,151.15

August 7th car returned to CT with problem. I was told rubber was missing under the engine

August 9th car returned to CT Engine light on after car automatically turned off on the Highway

CT said it was Engine sensor. I was charged $200.00

August 14 car returned to CT. CT said it was Spark Plugs after car turned off with Check Engine Light on.

August 17th car picked up.

August 19th car stopped again same light on.

I decided to have second opinion of Diagnosis. Car Diagnosed by [redacted], [redacted] with #[redacted]. They offered to explain to CT should they call them. Spoke to [redacted] at CT he said we will fix it.

I gave [redacted] the Code #.

August 24th car was picked up from CT.

August 26th car automatically turned off again on the highway.

August 29th car diagnosed by another company [redacted] with #[redacted]

they gave me a print out to give CT. I said to CT that I am not happy with them, with [redacted] finding out the

same issue he told me he has fixed earlier, and I am tired of not being able to drive my car without having

problem almost everyday, especially not being able to take to work because I do not trust this car again.

He promised to have it fixed again.

August 31st car picked up without being fixed. He said I run the car for 2 hours it did not shut down

I asked if he drove it the same thing [redacted] asked them to do because they [redacted] drove it and

it jerked and turned off. He said no. Instead, he said bring it again on September 3rd. At this point I have exhausted all my energy

and do not want to loose my job going back and forth with CT. They have been told several times that the problem

happens when you drive the car and they continue to play games.

At this point I do not trust that CT can rectify this problem especially with so many attempts.Desired Settlement: I want CT to refund any charge for repair of the Engine and remove their defective engine

so that I can bring my truck to another company as they have been unable to fix my truck

with all the options available to them in the past one month.
