Yes on 1-19-18 we did tow Trailer & trailer due to an accident, St Police had it towed since Tractor damaged on front end, headlights, bumpers, right front tire, raditor - Etc brought to yard requested St. Police.Driver from company drove with our driver he was always on the phone, never said... to take to Truck stop. Company did call about 2:00 but was informed that no one was here & needed to call back in morning when office was open. Someone called to see if we did repairs, he was informed we don’t do repairs. The Company said they were going to check around. They said they were going to put water in it and drive away. They paid bill, yes internet was down so they couldn’t pay with card. We put truck out without charging another hook up. They finally had another tow company tow away their tractor. We had 2 Trucks tow their Truck & Trailer.Thank you,Mike F*

Slimiest business in Albuquerque, so it’s no wonder that’s who APD uses. If your car is towed, expect a runaround and any attempt possible to be able to hold vehicle for additional days of storage. This is quite some racket between the city and this corrupt company. Woman who says she is owner ,is disgusting and rude, as her husband or whatever he is just stands by. Think he needs to grow a pair and get her under control.
