Review: I Purchased CTA Grand Slam 6- in 1 Sports pack for the wii In October. On November [redacted] I was using one of the accessories when the wrist strap broke and the Wii remote flew into my tv. I've tried contacting the company and have got nowhere. THe wii wrist strap is there to prevent things like this from happening. I have [redacted] and [redacted] (purchased cta through [redacted]) on my side trying to help resolve this issueDesired Settlement: I want my tv replaced. CTA's product broke which resulted in the remote flying into the tv

Review: My son had ordered a gaming headset from gamestop online and after some time the audio wire that came with the headset broke. I had tried to replace the wire and no stores carry the wire for the headset. I contacted the company and exchanged 3-4 e-mails with there customer service dept. I had promptly responded to request from the company to send reciepts and such and after never heard from them again.Desired Settlement: I am simply looking for a replacement of either the wire or the headset again so my son can use the item the way it was meant to be used.
