littermates report the pups are healthy and exhibiting normal puppy behavior.  The puppy in question was doing very well here before he left, expressing no indication of the undesirable behaviors while in my care that these buyers are reporting.   He has now been more than a month in the new home, per their reports exercising both normal, happy behaviors and undesirable behaviors that should not have been allowed to continue.  During this time I twice suggested he be returned.  I sent them referrals to professionals who could help them.  Though not contractually obligated to do so, I offered a replacement that they declined.  The replacement is no longer available.  I have been honest and forthright in my dealings with these people.    They refused all the offered remedies and suggestions.   If they don't want to keep the puppy, they may return him per the terms of the contract they signed at the time of his purchase.
