I would surely recommend CTI to others for their needs. They got my whole roof done for me in a day and a half. rained next day and we were delighted beautiful new roof and no longer any leaks.

Horrible experience dealing with CTI and Eagle Public Adjusters. They give you the run around and have no consistency with communication. Roof repair completed 9/14 and the final invoice has not been received by my insurance company. Started this process in May and it is still not resolved. Bad business etiquette.

We recently used CTI Contractors with a new roof install. CTI Contractors were amazing to work with. They were extremely efficient and professional. They provided thorough education regarding our home needs and available options. They were not rude or pushy and respected our request to obtain a second quote for price comparison. Their price was better in our comparison research and they were able to begin work immediately. The work was completed in a timely manner. We were especially impressed with how they left their work space at our home very neat and tidy each day. They kept us updated regarding the progress and findings throughout the project. We were thrilled with the results and highly recommend CTI contractors for your contracting needs.

From start to finish I was impressed, this company was quick, thorough, and good. They started at 8 in the morning and finished around 6 in the evening. Mind you this was a complete tear off, and reinstall. Added venting to a roof that had none, ice shield, new drip edge, and a beautiful HD architecture shingle. Darryl came out and talked with me during the process they came out after it was done to walk around and clean up. I noticed a dent in my gutter due to a ladder being put there. I told him about this and we came to the conclusion through pictures that it was the delivery of the shingles through another company and not them, however with that knowledge Darryl jumped on it and someone was out within a few days looking at to be replaced at no cost to me. A very professional job, with a great warranty and attitude to boot. I highly recommend this company to anyone and in fact put my name out there for them to use as a reference.

Working with CTI Contractors was a great experience. From start to finish, [redacted] and the crew were very professional, friendly and made sure the job was done right. They not only replaced a bad roof, but went above and beyond to fix some fallacia and minor repairs by our chimney. I know that we hired the right crew to get the job done the right way!

CTI Contractors is not a good business. They came knocking on our door one Saturday wanting to do a free assessment on our roof. I told them our insurance company had recently turned us down on a claim, but they wanted to check anyway. After looking at our roof he presented us with their contract, basically asking us for our business for their work. We didn't see it until a week later, but on the back of the contract it said if we do not use them we have to pay them no less than $2500. Our insurance company only gave us a few thousand dollars, and the CTI salesman returned. He said they could not do the roof for that price so they would have their lawyers deal with them. I expressed concern that we had 3 repairs from water damage on the claim and wanted to make sure we'd have enough money for the other too repairs. He assured me they would not take all our money and I could make the other repairs or they would walk away. Many months later, the insurance settled and we received a few thousand more....$11000 total after the first claim. CTI then came and quoted us $16,000 for our roof, and two other roofers quoted us $7400 and $7500. After meeting with the salesman again, the most they would go down to was, surprise, $11,000. We told them we'd have no money left for our other repairs, but they didn't walk away as we were told. So now we have to pay them $2500 if we do t use them. This company basically waited to see how much money we got and then charged us enough to take every penny. Bi won't do business with them again.
