This customer had contacted me several times by text message to request that I come out to rework a section of freshly sealed concrete due to an new addition of paver block that had been added and scratched our previously sealed area up during installation, (hence it was not on the top of my
priority list to rush out to clean up another contractors mess) I was not under the impression that they were dissatisfied with the work done by us this spring until they sent another text message threatening to take me to small claims court last week! I immediately made telephone contact and have reworked the entire section around the pool and bar for free This customer is very misleading in their representation of events and degree of which the applied sealant was crystalized around the salt water poolNor do they mention anything about the previous times they had their stamped concrete sealed by another local company prior to contacting me last year The bottom line is that Scarpaces want their property to look like it does the day after the stamped concrete is cleaned and sealed ALL the time, unfortunately thats just not how it worksLike anything else it can only be new once then it gets usedTheir resolution is to just throw money around and demand your immediate and complete attention at their every request

My stamped concrete was not sealed for five years do to an injury I suffered. Scott gave me a great quote on adding release to my patio to restore it to its original condition. I was hoping the patio would look somewhat better. The patio was completely restored. I couldn't have been happier with the results. The company was professional, they performed the work quickly and neatly. If you have concrete that has been neglected for whatever the reason, I highly recommend WNY Concrete Care.
