I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.In regards to this ,I did contact my bank several times and my card issuer,the referenced sticky note or whatever picture that was sent along with this was not on the pump,who is really going to look for a warning sticker, when you purchase gas , your there to get gas and go ,you dont think about a gas station holding up your funds and causing so much trouble,I am not rich so I dont have funds that can be just taken out and held, so I WILL NOT EVER BE BACK AT A BLACK DIAMOND GAS STATION AGAIN, it's not right and everyone involved knows thats the truth, one company blames the other, and I was lucky to get my money back in hours,which was ridiculous by the way, so close this complaint out, I have no further complaint at all, Regards, [redacted]

This email is in response to a complaint of funds being withheld from customer account when using a debit card at an outside fueling pump.Please see a attached photo of the notice posted on the pumps We have contacted the customer and she states the funds had been released We regret
she had this experience but unfortunately it is out of our control This problem should be addressed with the customer's bank We appreciate every customer and look forward to serving her in the future.Should you have further quetions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.Thanks,Riggs Oil Company
