replying to any emails nor phone calls Refund should be sent to my PayPal account as provided numerous times to her: ***@yahoo.com She needs to make the refund Perhaps she thinks she sent it but she has NOT Kindly request she send it ASAP
This event was canceled with at least a day noticeI sent out emails asking for everyone to verify their Pay Pal addressAll refunds will be and have been given in full upon confirmation of Pay Pal
In response to the clients complaint. There was plenty of advertising down for this. There was paid advertising on Facebook that received a lot of attention. There were signs through out the city. When I arrived at the casino I too was very disappointed in the signage they had put up or lack there...
of. The women working that day told me there was nothing she could do. I was however able to put signs on the ballroom door and two smaller signs at the end of the hallway leading into the ballroom. As for the table costing $35, yes the casino told me a couple weeks prior to the event that tables would be $35. I did however send an email stating there were 10 complementary tables available. I did not receive an email from this client stating she would like one of them. So I assumed she had her own, some consultants prefer to use their own. The event was slow but I can not guarantee the amount of people that attend and any retail consultant knows that. Also this client did have a few sales. I have attended many events where the organizer is not even on sit and I have sold nothing, the organizer of those events have never apologized, offered a free show or anything else. It is just a chance people take. I am sorry that the show was not a great turn out but I don't feel like a refund is justified in this situation. Thank you! Liz
