Please let it be known this is the first we have been notified of any issues with this homeWe have attempted to contact Mr*** several times in the past months to collect payment of the remaining balance but have had no responseOn one occasion Mr*** called our office early in the
morning before the office opened and left a message with our production manager asking to speak to someone in billingWe returned Mr***’s phone call later that morning and left a message but once again did not hear backNow that we’ve been made aware of these issues we would be happy to try and resolve themCTLG replaced the roof and gutters on Mr***'s home in October per his *** insurance estimateWe also, during that time, purchased a window well cover and sent our in-house technician to install it at Mr***’s residenceWe were never notified by the homeowner that this work was not completed to his satisfactionIf this is the case we sincerely apologize and would be happy to remove this from Mr***’s invoice and/or reinstall the coverHowever, there were no downspouts completed on this home as they were not covered by the *** claim because they were not damagedMr*** never expressed an interest to complete this work out-of-pocketFinally, we were not made aware of any damage to the fascia on this homeIf there was any damage caused by the work we performed we will certainly fix it immediatelyAt this time the homeowner has requested that we not contact him, but he may contact our office at any time so we can repair this and any other issues

I am rejecting this response because: When first contacted by CTLG, I was advised that there would be no out of pocket expense in as much that the Insurance would be sufficient. Their rep personally advised that there would be 'NO COST'. Further, there was not a window well cover purchased or installed as so reported, it was just passed over. Also, in the invoice, CTLG lists the downspouts as a charge replacement which is not correct.  Have not ever been contacted by CTLG concerning the fascia repair or replacement. And the metal magnetic sweep of the yard failed to pick up several roofing nails which were left behind to which I've had to have two tire repairs on my vehicle. Nails left in the rear yard, which is a play area for my 4 yr old grand-daughter, as well as in the driveway. I find this TOTALLY unacceptable, dangerous and bad business practices. As to the phone call, yes, CTLG did call me at work and I tried to respond, which produced negative results. No messages apparently got through. My business phone at Boeing is constantly in use and I spend a lot of my time on the road but am receptive to any agreement that may be worked out. Am still not happy with the work that CTLG did or the time taken to complete as it took them several months to get it all together. It was not a one or two day job like most companies would take to perform and complete the job. All I got were excuses. Again, would be receptive to whatever it take to put this behind me and consider it a lesson learned concerning the manner and completeness of a job performed by CTLG. Respectfully - [redacted]
