I was trying to purchase some LED side marker lights for my *** I had found a forum that recommended this site and gave the bulb models I tried searching by type of lighting, by bulb, by application, everything I could think of, to no avail Thre pages require perhaps page downs to peruse their entire length For any time I tried to buy something, I was transferred to another page of equal length No page was laid out in and semblance of order In fact, there seems to be no rhyme or reason to the entire haphazard site Some links just plain don't work At one point, I clicked on a link for light strips, and was taken to [redacted] , where an item I didn't want was listed Obciously, the site was written by a very inexperienced and incompetent programmer After spending several hours over days on the site, I sent an email asking for help and briefly summarizing my issues so that they could be addressed that others may have a better experience I received a reply from ***, who said that the search didn't work that way, and asking an irrelevant year for my *** I replied with the year, then received a reply from ***, who said that [redacted] was confused [redacted] provided some links to a video and very lengthy pages so I could look for the items I'd already been looking for Thus far, I have received no help I tried again to peruse the hundreds of items on the pages on the links I was able to choose an LED strip, but not the color I clicked the add to cart link, and some TOTALLY DIFFERENT product appeared in paypal In frustration, I wasted more of my time and effort trying to do business with these people by sending and email stating the problems I was still having Rather than offer any solution, the following unsigned reply was sent to me: "Honestly, I think if you cannot even figure out how to click on add to cart, you are never going to figure out out to put these in your car." I can understand their laziness, incompetence, inability to build a usable site, inability to understand a simple request, ignorance of their products, and certainly their inability to use their own web site, but who sends an insult like that to a customer? My abilities or lack thereof are none of their concern There seems to be some transference and/or projection of their own incompetence Since there are no product details on their site, there is no way I could know about their products, but apparently they don't know either

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.Charge me and send my bulbsThis is just getting ridiculous. Regards,

HelloI am sorry that Mr [redacted] is so unhappy with his purchase. I am happy to try to clarify further for him and the Revdex.com what the issues are and what we are able to do to resolve them for him Mr [redacted] has made two purchases from us within the past ~ 3 years. ...

On December 17, 2014 he purchased:2 x 921 50 watt super white ledsHe returned those on 1/11/15 for a refund And On November 9, 2014 he purchased 2 x 1156 80 watt super white leds 2 x 3157 60 smt Switchbacks (AW)It is that November purchase of the two Switchback bulbs that are the issue at hand. On January 11, 2014, we received the return from Mr [redacted] of the two 921 bulbs (refunded) along with the return of two Switchback bulbs. Mr [redacted] said that his Switchback bulbs were not functioning as he believed they were supposed to in his car and he wished to exchange them for the correct bulbs. To better explain this, I need to clarify what Switchback bulbs are and what they do and do not do.Our Switchback bulbs are made using special dual-colored diodes.  Each of the 60 diodes on those bulbs can light in either amber or white colors depending on the circuit of the car that is engaged.  They are designed to light white in the running light mode and then blink amber when the signals are engaged. Our 60 smt switchbacks have two blink mode options: AW: These blink amber/white/amber/white/amber/white when the signals are normally engagedAO: These blink amber/off/amber/off/amber/off when the signals are normally engagedOur switchbacks in general require that the correct size , and quantity, of load equalizers be installed in the signal circuits for the switchbacks to functioncorrectly. Mr [redacted] has stated that he does have load equalizers installed in his vehicle and that they are installed correctly and are of the correct size.   This has not been confirmed, but has been so stated.Mr [redacted] believed that the bulbs he was sent were AO, not the AW style he ordered.Upon return of the Switchback bulbs, I tested them on our testing equipment.  I have 14 years experience using this equipment for the testing of our led bulbs. I am very familiar with how to test the differences between AW and AO switchback bulbs. Both bulbs tested 100% working conditionBoth bulbs tested as AW Switchbacks.  Exactly as Mr [redacted] had ordered.Replacing these bulbs with more of the same will not change the outcome in his car.  Auto bulbs blink based primarily on the circuit of the car that is engaged.  The bulbs themselves do not blink.  If you put your signal bulbs in your backuplights, they don’t blink.  The car determines when they blink, not the bulbs themselves.I initially attempted to refund Mr [redacted], but the 60 time limit for refunding [redacted] for his order had expired.  After that point, the refund option is gone from the payment.Per our return policy, I offered Mr [redacted] a $59.98 merchandise credit on the bulbs, the full price he paid for them.  He has turned that offer down, but it remains the best option. Our return policy is posted and available from every single page of our website[redacted]://[redacted].[redacted].[redacted].[redacted]The pertinent parts of this policy are these:Returns for refunds must be received back here within 45 days of the original date of purchase for a refund to be issued.  If your purchase was longer than 45 days, we will offer store credit on the returns. And All items returned to us are inspected and tested thoroughly by a knowledgeable & highly skilled technician using a calibrated power supply.  Any items received as "defective" that are determined not to be defective, will be exchanged for a brand new item and sent back to you at your expense, or refunded less the 20% retesting/restocking charge. Mr [redacted] does not wish to have us send new bulbs to him since he does not want to pay the postage to do it.  I have to pay my shipping guys to pack and test them, as well as packaging and postage to ship them out.  $5 is not an unreasonable charge since the reason for it is not a bulb fault or failure.  That charge is specified by our return policy.I do dispute specifically one thing he said: he has not spent $15 in s/h regarding these bulbs.  He returned them in the same box with other bulbs that were refunded, and they were shipped originally with other bulbs that he has kept.  There has been no shipping expense he paid that was specific to these bulbs in either direction.I hope that Mr [redacted] will choose something else he would like from our wide range of lights and products and that we can resolve this successfully.  Thank you for your assistanceSincerely,[redacted]

I was trying to purchase some LED side marker lights for my [redacted]. I had found a forum that recommended this site and gave the bulb models. I tried searching by type of lighting, by bulb, by application, everything I could think of, to no avail. Thre pages require perhaps 100 page downs to peruse their entire length. For any time I tried to buy something, I was transferred to another page of equal length. No page was laid out in and semblance of order. In fact, there seems to be no rhyme or reason to the entire haphazard site. Some links just plain don't work. At one point, I clicked on a link for light strips, and was taken to [redacted], where an item I didn't want was listed. Obciously, the site was written by a very inexperienced and incompetent programmer. After spending several hours over 2 days on the site, I sent an email asking for help and briefly summarizing my issues so that they could be addressed that others may have a better experience.
I received a reply from [redacted], who said that the search didn't work that way, and asking an irrelevant year for my [redacted]. I replied with the year, then received a reply from [redacted], who said that [redacted] was confused. [redacted] provided some links to a video and very lengthy pages so I could look for the items I'd already been looking for. Thus far, I have received no help. I tried again to peruse the hundreds of items on the pages on the links. I was able to choose an LED strip, but not the color. I clicked the add to cart link, and some TOTALLY DIFFERENT product appeared in paypal. In frustration, I wasted more of my time and effort trying to do business with these people by sending and email stating the problems I was still having.
