***, Your just not telling the truthHere is a copy of the invoiceand the payments made on the invoice As far as marks on the camshaftI am not sure what marks you are refereeing but the cam came straight from dodgeIt was a factory camshaftit would have had the same markings on itAgain *** I showed you the camshaft when the engine was torn apart You saw the bad cam lode

[redacted], I am sorry it took longer than expected to repair your Van.  When you were told that it would be done by Saturday. It was just a estimated time. I have no control over the machine shop. We brought the vehicle in right away. Tim had the heads removed  that night. The heads were drop...

off on Wednesday.  They did not get the heads done till Friday. 1day later than expected. when they called me to tell me the heads were done they informed me that the heads were under spec. by 7 thousands and would require head shims. I had them order the shims. I was told they would be in on Monday.  On Monday I was told Tuesday. being delivered by ups.  we did not receive the shims till about 12:00 on Tuesday. A far as lying, The part was suppose to be in ( but it was not ) and we did pick up the heads. So we did have parts in just not all of the parts.  Normally head shims are not required, so I over looked that when I spoke. When I told your husband that Tm was working on your car.  What I said was that Tm was working on cleaning all of the parts up so he would be able to put it back together right away when we got the parts.  The parts that he was cleaning were the intake valve covers and valve train parts. Those were parts the were taken of your vehicle and were inside the shop.  I never meant to intentionally miss lead you in any way.  As far as the door being left open Nobody was more upset than me!!! Tim was reprimanded.
[redacted] I again am very sorry you had a bad experience at CTR. Let me know what you would like me to do.  As far as the door parts there was no damage If any thing does come up just let me know and we will take care of it for sure!  My reputation is all I have and I don't want any unhappy customers.
Thanks for your understanding

YOU'RE starting to puss me off. I have ALL the invoices. They were all paid in full. If you didnt charge me for something that is on you. NOBODY would let someone take a car that wasn't paid for get real. You're argument is moot. Payments have nothing to do with blowing up my engine and not accepting responsibility for it. So what you charge everybody $2500 to fix an issue and tell them "hey it might be fixed it might not be but thanks for your money and good luck" if you had any doubts you should've told me it couldn't be fixed for sure before just easily accepting my money in hopes that it MIGHT drive it MIGHT NOT. That is NOT how you do business. Engine blew from no oil.......there was no oil henaey the light came on and why we pulled over. Dipstick was bone dry!!!!! Idc what excuse you give me at the end of the day we both know it us not normal for a Garage to say "oh well so sorry" after having the car a lil over an hour and the engine blows. ....it sure the hell wasnt MY Fault. We added oil at advice of your partner via my phone call to your shop....which I have the person who owns the house we broke down as a witness. The two ppl in my car.....and ace hardware employees. The meg. And the video camera cd footage along with receipt. So take responsibility for it or live with knowing you screwed me and my family out of 10k. DO NOT REPLY TO ME AGAIN UNLESS YOU PLAN ON DOING THE RIGHT TJING. I am done arguing.

[redacted],                              It...

has been 2 years since this has happened, I am not responsible for what happened to your car. [redacted] I explained to you repeatedly that the issues you were having with your engine was a bad camshaft that had  sent metal throw out your entire engine.
You drove the vehicle with a misfire for quite some time before it came to my shop. It was diagnosed that the camshaft had lost a lobe on one of the cylinders. Which means the lobe had been ground off inside the engine. All of the metal shavings from that camshaft lobe and lifter were floating around inside the engine and had been for some time. You wanted us to replace the camshaft and lifter but only the lifters for this cylinder.  After repairs were done we still had problems with the lifters in that cylinder because the oil galleys were plugged with metal shavings from the camshaft. This was all explained to you. I spent hrs blowing the oil galleys out on the drivers side of the engine. ( so lets do a quick recap ) metal shavings in side engine. oil galleys plugged. Both things you were aware of Because I personally told you about them and also explained to you that It was running good now but I had no idea how long it would last BECAUSE THERE WAS SO MUCH METAL INSIDE THE ENGINE. I also showed you the parts and metal shavings that were in your engine. I also still have the ground down camshaft and lifters.
[redacted] I did not try to take advantage of you in anyway. Nor did I charge you for anything that I did not do. In fact I spent at least 10 hrs on that car that you did not get charged for. I went above and beyond anything I think any other shop would have. Micheal when you came to pick up the car I let you drive it to the bank before you even payed for it. You also did not pay the whole bill. Would I allowed you to do that if I was tiring to do some thing unethical!!!  You came back said it ran great. Now you were gone a good 1/2 Hr. Now any technician will tell you that you can NOT drive for 1/2 with no oil. much less all the way to Mcfarland Wi. So it had oil in it when it left!!  It is also a known fact that a engine starting to seize will burn (use) oil.  So that is were it went if it was low. Because when it was towed back to my shop it was full of oil. Oh and who payed for the tow. I did. Sounds like I again was doing everything I could to keep a customer happy. Your engine failing was not my fault.  I do have insurance. I will not turn in a claim just to do so. CTR Automotive did nothing wrong so I would not fill any such claim
[redacted] as far as your statements in this complaint. There were no witnesses and there were no pictures! I have the court transcripts. Micheal I let you postpone court dates more than once. Even in court I did everything to let you present your case.  The judge favored on my side will you please let it go.
There are countless cases documented on the internet about this engine having this problem!!! It is not just your car. I did everything i could to try to save the engine but it didn't happen. I am sorry but it was not my fault! I did not build the car.
    Summary
[redacted] I did nothing wrong. I will not refund any money nor will I pay any damages.
You tried small claims court not once but twice and LOST. I was not at fault. Its been 2 years let it go.
Sincerely yours
[redacted]

first off the WHOLE bill was paid si idk what you are even talking about [redacted]. Get real. I have the receipts stating this in fact. Second the engine was full of oil because YOUR business partner told me to do so; which I did. You towed it back to yoyr shop so you could cover up your negligence. Did I go to Court and lose? Yes....why? Because I was in jail for Child Support, missing my Court date and I could not present witnesses and pictures of the evidence when in jail. Common sense. I DO have pictures and I DO have witnesses. I had a mechanic take a part the engine to be exact. He stated the manifold was bone dry. He also said it had the original camshaft in it which you stated was replaced and charged me for. Id v what you ssy a car does NOT lose 7 1/2 quarts of oil in a hour and a half.
Lastly; where did you get the information I was driving the car misfiring? Because I don't remember ever stating that because it is untrue. It was brought to you to diagnose a week after purchase. You assured me it was fixable and WAS fixed. It wasn't.  I gave you $2300. That I worked hard for. I then as a result of you blowing up my car had to spend another $8000 on a engine. ANY OTHER shop would take responsibility for their actions. Me being not prepared for Court and unable to because of being in jail does NOT mean that you are not culpable. It only means you caught a break. If you refuse to make this right then I will continue to spread the word about how you do business. Not to mention a Combat Veteran.
You're a crook.
