I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11032955, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me *** did call me, I resent him the information needed to prepare an invoice/receipt He sent the receipt to me via email on Tuesday and followed up with a phone call to ensure that I had received what I needed I did confirm with him that I had what I needed for my bank draw In addition, he and I had a positive, professional interaction, which I greatly appreciated.I considered this matter closed

In response to *** *** complaint. On Friday January 15,I Contacted *** asking for her to resend me a copy of what it is she desiresMoments later she did send the information to meOn Tuesday January 19,I went her the
information she desiredI then followed up with a phone call to confirm that she received the information I sent to her and if it was satisfactory She said it was and t hat was all she needed
