I am rejecting this response because:Their response pretends ignorance and no knowledge of the racist Driver's remarksThe truth is that their Representative Ms*** came and accused me of racist allegations by the driver I had no reason to say anything to the driver other than asking him to dust off his feet loaded with snow All I said was that they should dust off the feetMs *** told me that well it is snow time and they need not pay attention to dusting offShe accused me of being unreasonable to ask driver to dust offShe pronounced the decision of her management to discontinue supplies to the store She promised to come next Tuesday with a check for the wrong supplies made as I had already paid them and take back the mis-supplied productsTill date she has not shown up or called on the phone.This company is Racist and unethical.Their claim is bogus and have no respect or care for the customerThey should also pay me for cleaning the carpetEven small independent workers have a work ethic to wear a cover on their shoes while attending a jobThis company is non professional and have no good practices and have failed to train drivers on some basic aspects of delivery and then they support the racist remarks of the driver without even talking to the customer.Sincerely*** ***

To my knowledge this customer has never contacted any member of management at CTS Distributing regarding this complaint It is impossible to address a situation or a problem if we are not aware that an incident has occurred Perhaps this customer should call the company and talk to a
manager so this incident can be addressed I am unable to determine what account this might be as a business name is not indicated The prior email from the Revdex.com was not forwarded to me so this is the first time I've seen this complaint.
