I have submitted ticket after ticket to them about their app not workingThey make it sound good to you, the Revdex.com, but they are no help! They respond but it's the same cookie cutter responses that are no help whatsoever over and over! They don't tell you until after you purchase the app that certain features aren't availableThe main features that you purchase the app for in the first place, haven't functioned since March ***It was a complete waste of $70!!!! Their is a $"live technical support for minutes" upgrade but why would I waste more moneywhen they received my complaint from you, the Revdex.com, they took the time to get information from me to investigate but they can't put that same effort into resolving an issue with a dissatisfied customerDisgraceful! When I do submit a ticket to them, they choose which issues they want to respond toI've told them that they're dashboard/control center says "iphone login" but the target phone is an android, which could obviously create problemsNot resolvedI've told them that sms logs aren't updatingNot resolvedGPS not updatingNot resolvedBut, I guess they don't care as long as people are spending money and they can find loopholes to get out of refunding people's money it's okthey don't stand by their product or care if customers ate satisfied!!!

Hello,The customer has successfully installed and used the software.  It has been determined that the software provided all available information from the phone to which it was installed.If you kindly read the attached email correspondence between the customer and...

the technical support desk, the customer indicates that the software has been installed and that they are unable to delete current data that appears in the control panel.  We can provide screenshots of the control panel with the information the customer indicates that is unable to be deleted now gone.  Because of privacy issues and to provide our users with complete flexibility, it is not possible to determine how much data has been deleted from the customers control panel.  What we can verify is that the application has been installed and that it was used in the collection of data from the mobile device to which it has been installed and that the application did perform that function.In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, the customer is not entitled to a refund.  We are more than happy to assist the customer with the application.

 LOL...I've submitted numerous requests for support for multiple issues that have not been resolved. True enough, one of the issues that I submitted in the last ticket is working, although in the scheme of things is basically irrelevant! The main issues that are the core functionality of the product ate still not working! As I mentioned before, I've complained and sought support for these issues, from their technical support, since day one. Although it's merely speculation, it's my opinion that the issues could really be resolved but, it would require another $30 purchase. I'm disgusted with then and their product. It seems evident that they have no intention of actually fixing the problems. In my opinion, they are a company with no integrity!

Review: Found a website that explained how a certain software was supposed to work. This site sent me to a website operated by CTS Technologies Corp., so I purchased the software. After downloading my purchase, I read the instruction which did not function as the website the lead me to there website said it would. I contacted the Company run by CTS Technologies Corp. (http[redacted]) to ask for a refund on a product that I did not use, and now they are stalling to refund me the moneyDesired Settlement: Refund!

I understand that the customer is requesting a refund however, upon contacting our support desk it appears as though some very confusing information was given by the customer.

This is the customers original inquiry to our support desk:

"One site explained how all different software for track cell phones worked and explained how for your software you did not need to come in contact with the phone you wanted to track. The site explained you just had to be talking to the other person on the phone for about 30 sec.. Your instructions are that you have to put the software on the phone you want to track, not the same."

The customer was asked to provide the website where they read this message as it does not appear anywhere on the product website which is; http[redacted]. The customer instead provided this website; http[redacted], explaining this is where their message was inferred. Our staff responded by telling the customer that this is not the official product website, nor is it a website owned or operated by our company, therefore any message derived from this website cannot be used to accurately or adequately evaluate our product.

After reviewing the account and sorting out the confusion, the customer has been issued a refund despite utilizing information from what is clearly not the official product website, which is the only place one should use a reliable source of information when buying our program.

Review: I contacted the company shortly after purchasing the product. My complaint was that what they advertised their product to do it did nnot do. They emailed me back and forth totally ignoring the issue...offered a 30 percent refund and then just processed it on their own. None of the issues I complained of were addressed. They just said to bad so sad and then said I was outside of a full refund.Desired Settlement: I demand my FULL money back. I am also contacting the states attorney general and the chamber of commerce. These people have no business stealing money for a product that does not work as promised.

Review: WARNING these guys are a rip off. They don't tell you up front except buried in the contracts fine print that you MUST jailbreak the phone you want to monitor (spy on)! [redacted] So not only do you put code on their phone but you void it's warranty and it's hard to imagine they won't know or eventually find out you did that to their phone. Descretely finding out about someone's activities on their phone is one thing JAILBREAKING it and thereby voiding their warranty is another!!! And when within 24hrs or less of buying I found that out and asked for a refundm their "Refund Dept Mgr's" reply was sorry, read the contract. When I threatened legal action the same. Note the consumer comments at the bottom of this review [redacted] Their high visibility but deceptive marketing practices combined w hard nosed perhaps illegal refund policies mean they are ripping off dozens if not 100's of consumers USwide daily, they count on the fact that no one is likely to start a legal fight over $75. Someone needs to initiate a class action suit and see how many ripped off consumers come out of the wood work.Desired Settlement: Their high visibility but deceptive marketing practices combined w hard nosed perhaps illegal refund policies mean they are ripping off dozens if not 100's of consumers USwide daily, they count on the fact that no one is likely to start a legal fight over $75. Review: not only does the product not work correctly. The company also makes misleading statements and claims about what the product/service does and you aren't told until after you purchase that certain features aren't available. What irritates me the most is, I've connected technical support numerous times for help. All they do is regurgitate the same stupid instructions for me to follow. It should be noted that I have followed then over and over to no avail! There is no live customer support, via email only, which leads me to believe that there is a scheme to get people to purchase the additional customer service package. nothing about this product has worked correctly. Nothing about their support is acceptable. And no attempts were made to assure that a customer was satisfied. Overall: TERRIBLE
