This customers was refunded fullyHis cancellation of the contract was due to a delay in us putting him back into the schedule after he had to cancel our first date due to delays by his contractorWe sent him a refund immediately after he said that the time frame we could reschedule him for was not going to workWhen he did not receive the first refund we put a stop payment on it and sent a new checkWe also offered the customer the opportunity to come to our shop and pick up a refund check at any timeHe chose not toHis refund check has cleared our bankThough this was not a fault in any way of Counter specialist, we still agreed without hesitation to return his depositAs with most fabricators of custom countertops, deposits are not generally refundable, as material has already been purchasedHowever we have never kept a customers deposit if we have not fabricated/installed their kitchen

Good Afternoon,We can only install mobile home approved furnaceWe can only purchased two different mobile home approved furnace and they are *** or *** furnaceWe have to do everything up to code and due to them wanting to have heat to the other rooms that were added on to the house we
had to put in a bigger furnace and due to them wanting the other rooms to have heat the furnace is nosier due to having to push more air for the add roomsAlso when adding AC to a unit it will also make the furnace nosier due to the motor working more to push more air to run the ACDue to it being in a mobile home the furnace is in a hallway so it is going to be nosierI have two employees that work here that live in mobile homes and they both say that there furnaces are noise as well and one has a *** and one has and *** in stalled into there homesWe went out to try to see if there was a way we could get more airflo for the AC with the Sheetrock and Grill over the front of the furnace and they told us no they did want that they just want a new furnaceBut we explained to them that we can not get a quieter furnace for themThey went from a smaller furnace to a bigger furnaceThis is the first that I have heard about the rooms that were added on not getting heat to them the only thing they have complained about is the furnace is to loadWe don't build the furnaces for the Mobile homes we just installed and repair the equipment

CTS has come out to fix the dead vents 2 or more times.  CTS has always stood by the [redacted] Furnace, we feel it is a bad furnace.
