on March, 14, 2017, thats more then 60 days. The funny thing is that this phone he complained about was from a purchase from a different invoice. This phone was from an invoice placed July 2016!2. This is the 2nd email regarding the bad phones. He states it takes him a while to sell because he mostly sales Verizon. ( #1 he is not checking the phones when he receives them, #2 he takes a very long time to sale them, why are you over ordering? If he would order accordingly, this wouldnt happen3. This is the 3rd email, he emailed us March 17, 2017 , now these phones are the ones he purchased Nov 1, 2016. Past the 60 days! In conclusion, we have a 60 day warranty on our refurbish/Astock handsets. They are not new, why didnt he check them when he received them?  If you activate 1 every 2 months and our warranty is 60 days, why do you order 8-10 phones? And not check them? ! more thing, on the complaint he is complaining about 8 cell phones? Here is the proof of your deceiving business practices. As for the 8 phones that you mentioned in the last post that did not add up, the other 4 went bad after I finally got you to issue a rma number for the first 4 phones. So add it up genius this is 8 phones in total that I purchased from you that were bad (this was all mentioned in the initial complaint, guess you ignored that as well). This was while we were waiting 2 months for you to return the bad phones (with no correspondence on your part) you sold me with a message on it saying to expensive to replace or repair.So as you can see its not just a simple mistake. Non of these phones were certified like you claimed they were. They were all junk!!! I have attached pictures of the phones you sent so everyone can see the type of junk you sell. I am also attaching all the documentation I have while corresponding to your sales rep. Here is all the proof you need so keep on denying it. You claimed you only received one email from me well here is proof that I tried for months to return them  and nothing was done. You only got the email after I got fed up with the sales rep and emailed you. I didn't think I would have to look up the CEO of the company and send an email for anything to be done. Conveniently my request to return the merchandise was ignored until after the warranty had expired.
