Account was closed. Additional transactions appear to have been made.I've recently called them and they did refuse to correct the issue and said that I did owe the money. I again stated that I closed my account with a zero balance.Desired SettlementCorrect credit information. Return the balance to zero as when the account was closed.Business Response We provided the customer with a response to their concern.
