Dear Dispute Resolution Department,CU Pack N Ship is responding to a customer service complaint issued within the Revdex.com dated October 13, The Customer who issued the complaint is Renard DanenhowerThis is regarding a [redacted] rental that the customer rented from CU Pack N Ship.During the reservation process, [redacted] has guidelines that the dealers must follow regarding any rentalThere is a special process that is done regarding "tow dolly" and "auto transport" rentalsYou have to ask and put in the information into the [redacted] website to make sure that everything is compatibleIt will not allow you to change equipment, make modificationsIt is very strict policy that you can't over-rideThe system picks the matching tow-dolly that is compatible with the customer's vehicle[redacted] dealers are not responsible or liable for any damage caused by the customer driving their vehicles onto the [redacted] Tow Dollies or Auto transportsAs a dealer, we are not allowed to drive the vehicles on the [redacted] Tow Dollies or Auto Transports eitherIt is told to the customer at the time the reservation is madeOne of our off duty staff was working on an employee's car during the time of the incident, and walked over to the customer to offer help guiding the car onto the tow dollyThe staff member has been working [redacted] for over years, and has extensive experience with UhaulThere has never been an incident at our location for over years in businessThe store manager put the $request through [redacted] right after reimbursing the customer their rental feethe owner did make some suggestions to the customer to help fix their vehicleit was the customer's decision to take their vehicle to ***.The store manager put through the $credit on their account again and have attached the receipt to prove that it was done.Sincerely, [redacted] Service ManagerCU Pack N Ship [redacted] www.cupackandship.com

I am rejecting this response because:
The document submitted does not show me anything other than "dispute"Why wasn't a document submitted "as proof" that the $credit was requested the day of the incident? They have not addressed the fact that they were unable to provide information about the insurance that they offered, the unprofessional appearance of the staff on site, the fact that most people would need experienced assistance with loading a car on a tow dollyAs we were attempting to load our car, the staff reported a story of a customer trying to load his car on a tow dolly and " really messed his car up." I thought as he was telling me this that I can't believe that *** or Pack and Ship is not in any way liable for damage done at their place of businessThis business may be *** qualified for customers to rent and drive away trucks but certainly not for inexperienced customers to rent tow dollysTheir location also does not lend itself to this type of rentalsI will be contacting corporate *** as well to report this situation
