I just finished my Scripp Ranch home remodel few weeks ago: adding two rooms with balcony , and changed a half bath to a full bath I have to take time away from my busy schedule to write this review & say " thanks " to Collom construction for doing such a great job ! Choosing a right contractor is my biggest concern ( especially being a woman ) I had many estimates but I selected Collom construction because the price is right , beside , Michael ( the owner ) seems to be friendly , experience , and knowledgable when he first came for the estimate I had some problems with the drawing ( from my own architect) , but Michael was very patience which helped the job moved forward easily Beside Michael , his team , especially [redacted] and [redacted] are wonderful as well [redacted] is very talented , smart , and loves his job [redacted] and [redacted] did such a good job , they are both friendly , professional , and neat during construction I am happy with everyone in the team I trusted Collom construction , and it was a pleasant experience dealing with themI even left my house & went away for vacation for days during construction ! The project was finished " on time " , the job was clean , turned out beautiful ! My friends and neighbors were impressed !
