we are willing to work thing out with *** ***, but we need proof of the money that they have given usWe have the registration under their name here with usIts a matter that they just have to come to pick it upIf they show us proof that they came to do the payments we have to have proof
they did the paymentsIf it was me I have to have a receipt for every money transaction I do I ask for one and keep it as a reference specially for the amount that they say that they are givingIm not saying that they did not give the money or that they did but I need proof that the car was being payedAcorrding to the computer and my files there has been payments made on this truck and it had a contract of every days there was suposed to be a paymentThats violating the contract they singnedAll we want is proof that they did their payments and we can see whats their bill if they owe us or we owe them and ifr we owe they we pay them and if they owe us we would want our money

I am rejecting this response because:
For a someone who is hiring a person. The person is not doing there job Right. Laws of the person who was in control of the payments. [redacted] refuse to give us receipts. We keep on asking him. He runs from us. I'm asking for my receipts on every payment. I not getting nothing back. I have my welfare to show my receipts. The income I was using to pay 500.00. We hear from Los Cuates we only made one payment and now 5 payments. This Company haves to be covering up with [redacted]. To call him and ask him what we owe. [redacted] was pocketing the money. 1st place I'll keep my receipts and yes I was and there employee [redacted] was taking the money. They are still in contact with him. [redacted] calls us saying we owe him for the Impound. It wasn't are problem on impound was due to no tags on the truck. They're very unprofessional with their customers over an employee that steals from the payments from the car payments. The had put [redacted] and me on the phone. He emits I payed everything and pay off. When the owner of the company talks to him [redacted] lies. It's wrong and not right. My payments was more then I'm supposed to be paying. I pay 500.00 then 390.00 a month to pay off faster. I would come on the 2nd of the month. To pay my truck payment.
