This was a
credit card issue with our provider, the computers were down and we could not see the transactions nor could we determine if we had been paid once or twiceWe strive in providing the best customer service possible to our customersOur corporate financial department said that the credit card provider was taking care of all overcharges for the days they were downThere were several issues which were out of our hands
Again we apologized to the customer for all the problems that she had
