Review: The owner/operator of this restaurant was very rude and used vulgar language towards me and my party of nine (9) guests. His behavior was out of control and threatening which made all of us fear for our safety.

Review: I was beyond disappointed we got there the waiter didn't come to our table until 10 minutes later. Someone else brought our food, then when it came time to pay we had to get another person to locate our waiter. After another 20 minutes of waiting he finally came and said his card machine wasn't working. So we asked why we weren't made aware of this before hand and he didn't have an answer. He further insisted that we inconvenience ourselves to go to the atm and then come back. We went to the host stand to inquire about what was going on. They started to talk so nasty and rude for no reason at all. We proceeded to go to the atm they stopped us at the door and asked us where we were going after telling us to go to the ATM. Then said we all can't go at the same time but the card machine was now working. So we come back and the card machine isn't working. We ask to speak with a manager, she was standing there the whole time watching her employees be completely disrespectful and did not say a word. So we explain the situation to her instead of fixing it she escalated the problem. After being met with an abundance of name calling, hand clapping and head rolling we were followed to our car and further harassed for a receipt that we did not have. After bringing them their money back we asked for an apology for such poor service. She said she will not apologize because she didn't do anything wrong and she will sleep well at night knowing that she did everything right. Really?! So you specialize in poor service. At that point I just had to walk out because things got completely out of hand with her employees screaming through the restaurant that they get customers everyday so they don't care if we don't come back. UNPROFESSIONAL! They need to be retrained in customer service. This by far was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had in my 23 years of living after trying to give my hard earned money to these disgusting people.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my 93.50 for my bill. I was insulted and called out of my name and harassed by the manager and her host staff. I would also like disciplinary action to be taken. After posting my experience on several websites it has become clear that I am not the only one who has been met with this kind of service from this particular Cuban Pete's. Something needs to be done. I would also like an apology.

Review: I bought the red snapper years ago and they served me tilapia. They don't have tilapia on the menu. They are passing tilapia for red snapper. They are deceiving the public and they are ripping those off who do not know the difference. I brought it up the owner and they gave me a refund. It happened a second time when my wife ordered the red snapper a few weeks ago again but I did not complain. I chose to notify Revdex.com. I hope this can stop.Desired Settlement: I wish they serve the red snapper so people get what they pay for I stead of serving dirty tilapia which is a fresh water fish.
