To whom it may concern: First and foremost, I’m very sorry [redacted] feels the way she does.  During negotiation, I personally had given [redacted] more money for her trade-in than originally offered to try and get them to their budgeted payment. Also beat their credit union’s interest rate, and...

even took money off the selling price of our vehicle just to try and help.  After doing all we could, we still couldn’t come to an agreement on the numbers.  We were @ $385.xx & she agreed to buy at $373.xx.  I know it’s only $12 dollars but we were all in and to the point to where I told them that was the best I could do. [redacted] then got up from the desk and asked for her trade-in keys.  While trying to retrieve her keys, I was sitting at my desk in my office and she’d asked if she could have another word with me.  No problem, I meet her outside my office and she explained to me how much her son really wanted the vehicle but couldn’t afford the extra $12 a month. In a kind fashion, I literally said “If he can’t afford the $12 a month, he probably shouldn’t be purchasing this vehicle”.  She I guess took that offensive and in no way, shape, or form did I try to offend her.   Again, I’m sorry that she feels the way she does.  At this point per [redacted]’s request, I have deactivated her in our database and will make sure no from Mid CIty Subaru attempts to contact her. If she has any further questions, she can contact me personally on my direct @ [redacted] or [redacted]@berman.com Thanks & Very Best Rgds,

On 04/27/2016 we received Nathan [redacted] Revdex.com complaint.  As soon as complaint was received, action was taken immediately to get this situated resolved.   Mid City Subaru cancelled contract on 03/28/2016 and check for reimbursement was issued to James [redacted] in the amount of $756.40...

on 04/29/2016.   Check will be FedEx with tracking# on 05/06/2016 with signature required @ time of delivery. Very sorry for the inconvenience we may have caused our customer. If anything else is needed on my end, please advise! Thanks,  Joseph [redacted]

I met with the customer on or about April 13, 2015 to address the customer's...

two requests.
The customer requested;
1) $2,795.00 for warranties purchased on the 2015 Subaru be refunded.
2) $1,291.00 due the customer from cancelling warranties on the 2013 Subaru be refunded to customer instead of being applied as a down payment on the purchase of the 2015 Subaru.
The outcome of our meeting was to resolve both requests by cancelling the warranties and refunding the money as the customer requested.
On April 13, 2015 I initiated the refund process. I explained to the customer that the $2,795.00 refund would be sent to the lienholder [redacted] Bank thereby reducing the loan balance. This process takes six to eight weeks before the refund would appear as a credit on his loan account.
The $1,291.00 refund would be mailed to the customer once the lienholder released the funds to the dealership and this process usually takes six to eight weeks to complete. The customer will be receiving the $1,291.00 no later than the week of May 18, 2015.
The customer indicated that he understood that the refunds would be processed and that it takes six to eight weeks to complete. I also re-contracted the customer's vehicle purchase transaction in order to lower his monthly payment. The customer stated he is pleased with the result.
The process of cancelling warranties and refunding money is well established and per dealership policy is adhered to for each customer that requests a refund for cancelling a warranty.
I am personally handling this customer's resolution and will verify the refunds are received as promised.
