Hi , My name is [redacted] and I recently filed a complaint in reference to cabinets I purchased through Cucina Design in [redacted] .....One of the managers there Ron has agreed to the origianl price and I am suppose to pick up the cabinets next week....He has worked with me and I would like to reflect that and cancel my complaint? How do I do that or at least have on file that we have come to a resolution....I tried to go into my original complaint and I couldn't figure out how to respond....Sincerly , [redacted]

Review: On September 11, 2015 I answered an add in [redacted] for show room cabinetry priced at $575.00. I Went to Cucina Design and purchased Candlelight Cabinetry front display. I gave a $100.00 deposit and have a receipt for my balance due of 511.51. I made a call the following week to find out their arrangements to have the cabinets uninstalled for pick up. I was told by a gentlemen in the showroom that the uninstaller was away and would be back this week. On Weds 9/23 I left a return message for Loriella waiting to hear when the cabinets would be uninstalled. She called today 9/24 to inform me it was a miscommunication at that the price went up to 1800.00 +. It took 2 weeks to inform me of your error.... or did someone walk in an offer more...this feels like a bate and switch.Desired Settlement: I would like Cucina Design to honor the agreement made for the cabinetry only that I purchased with a balance due of 511.51
