Good morning. I recently purchased CuCusoft's DVD to IPod converter software for my wife's IPad. The software worked intermittently for approximately three months (I had to reload it several times from the back up media I also purchased when I placed my order). Approximately a week ago, the software stopped working. I attempted to reload it to no avail. When I went to the web site link I used to purchase my CuCusoft software (thinking I could reload it directly from the site), the link proved to be inoperative. I attempted to contact CuCusoft directly via phone ... only to discover the phone number has been disconnected. I sent two e-mails to the CuCusoft support team ([redacted]) and have yet to obtain a response. Consequently, I have no other option other than reporting this issue to the Revdex.com.
