Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below While I appreciate the company addressing and correcting their wording mistake, I guess I don't see a point in keeping this discussion ongoing, given the company seems unwilling to honor their guarantee I asked if the product could be delivered as close to May 7th as possible, however this was before I purchased an expedited delivery Once I paid $for guaranteed service on 5/5, the timing of things changed and plans were made based upon cuddle clones guarantee All I can say is that if I had known that I wouldn't have had the item by the two week deadline, I would not have purchased expedited delivery I did not want four week expedited delivery, did not request it, and shouldn't have to pay for it The company stating that I received four week service even though I didn't request it is akin to rolex saying they sent me the wrong watch but I received a product and have to pay for it It's simply bizarre and rather unbelievable that they aren't honoring their guarantee and are asking me to pay for a service that I didn't request! Maybe I should use their excuse as 'one day late' if I miss my next flight Maybe cuddleclones employees can show up for work late and say 'I'm only a day late' Obviously a day matters immensely in certain situations and this happens to be one of them Regards, [redacted] ***

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I'm somewhat at a loss as to how to respond to the bizarre and inaccurate statement by cuddle clones I did not order the clone for a birthday party My reasoning was discussed with customer service representative *** on 4/21/17, however the reasoning is irrelevant I had wanted to give this as a gift to someone and had needed it that Friday I paid to have the item expedited based on cuddle clones guarantee They did not fulfill their obligation The recipient has left town and the last time that I saw them was Friday evening The product is sitting around because they did not deliver as promised As I've repeatedly stated, I got no value out of the expedited processing I did not want week service, week service, etc I wanted week service, which I paid for and was not provided

Cuddle Clones has several rush options available. The 2-week guaranteed rush is a $150 fee. The 4-week guaranteed rush is a $100 fee. The 6-week guaranteed rush is a $50 fee. A normal order with no rush is delivered in approximately 8 weeks with no guarantee. We refunded the customer $50 to account...

for the one-day late in the 2-week rush service, as he still received the value of us rushing the order. We believe that the value in the rush fee was provided down to the next level, which was $100, hence the refund of $50. A normal order takes 8 weeks to arrive and the customer received their order in 15 days. The customer stated that he would have not paid for rush if it was not delivered on the guaranteed date. We have spoken with the customer and he ordered rush because of a birthday party that was upcoming. That birthday party was on a Sunday. Our guarantee was to be delivered by Friday. It was actually delivered on Saturday. The customer was provided the value of the rush because we did not actually miss the party.

It is our mistake saying that it was for a birthday, we apologize. After reading through the messages, we did remember that it was for the anniversary of a pet's passing. The customer stated he needed the item as close to May 7 as possible. We delivered the item on May 6, which was one day after 2 weeks from the order date.
