This property management company, Rent Solutions, started managing my apartment complex, [redacted] in February of 2016. I cannot say enough about what they have accomplished! I own a 38 unit apartment complex and was experiencing vacancy rates of 25%. I am now 100% fully occupied and no longer have tenants that are causing disruptions and very rarely have anyone paying late. Tammy L[redacted] is the Director of Property Management and she comes to the apartment complex at least twice and often three times per week and also available by phone when not here. Tammy is always very professional and pleasant to deal with. The Owner of Rent Solutions, Steve O[redacted], promised me that they could have my apartments running smooth and be profitable if I gave them a chance to help. I am so glad that I let them take over. Within a few weeks, I saw what good property management could do for me. I am now able to be the owner, while they manage my apartments. I couldn't be happier with the service and would recommend this company to anyone.
