Don't Use This Company! Absolutely Horrible, I Applied For Credit to Purchase Items Needed To Operate My Business & They Reported A "Bad Debt" on My File Which Had Actually Been "Paid And Closed."
The Customer Service Rep the First Time Said Their System Had Made An Error And They Would Reverse The Statement on My [redacted] File.
Unfortunately the Damage Has Already Been Done And The Financial Institution Will Not Lend Until the Score Rebounds.
The Second Customer Service Rep Said That There Is Nothing That They Can Do, And That They Already Sent The Report Out, Ill Just Have To Wait.
Basically Sorry About Your Luck. We Screwed Your Credit, And Its Our Fault But Nothing You Can Do But Wait For Your Score To Rebound. HAVE A NICE DAY.","neg-1
Absolutely terrible. They represent everything that is wrong with the banking industry. There is a reason why they do not seek Revdex.com accreditation because they do not value customers and/or fair treatment. I'll never use one of their credit cards again. ","neg-2
