This was my first time buying my own car as an adultI bought a Chrysler LX The day I bought it I was very pleasedP.Kwas very helpful with showing what was in budget and going over all the carfaxI was very happy with my first adult purchaseI had to send proof of residence to get my title workI sent it three times and each time they said it wouldn't work because it had to be within daysI called the BMV to ask what I could do as I do not have a lot of official mail I could useThe BMV told me Indiana law was daysWhen I told P.Kthis he rudely said "well I was always told it was days." Then at 3:40pm, P.Ktexted me to come get the title and do it myself, and to come before fiveI had to take time out of my day to drive from Ossian to Roanoke to pick up my titleI was incredibly disappointed in the quality of customer serviceI paid the BMV taxes as part of the car price for a reasonAlso, after being concerned about my incredibly squeaky breaks, I checked the carfax to learn they have not been replaced since How did this pass the safety test? I'm very disappointed
