On 7/19/2020, I ordered 10 masks from this company, via a website that recommended the company. Did not hear back. I contacted them and "Tony" told me their fraud service deemed my order a phony and they cancelled my order. (My credit rating is over 800.) He also said in the same email that they made an instant refund. THEY DID NOT. My credit card company, ***, has resolved the issue by covering their NON-REFUND. I want as many consumers as possible to know that they are nothing more than con artists, and will just as soon bilk an 86-year old woman with heart issues as they would anybody else. THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED.

Clay: As for right now, I reject their offer. When I see the refund of $26.49 back in my *** card account, I will accept it. It’s been more than a week for that refund to show up. When it does, I’ll accept their response.Thanks.

On Sunday, July 19th, you placed an order online for $26.49 which was marked by our system as fraudulent. Therefore, we have cancelled and fully refunded the order on July 20th and informed you the reason why. Typically, it takes 2-3 days for funds to be available through your credit card company though it depends on how fast each credit card company does their electronic refund to reflect in your account balance.
