I was very disappointed with this companyI ordered a sweatshirt from them, received a confirmation email, and after two months of not hearing or receiving anything from them, I emailed them to ask about my orderApparently, they were supposed to email me to confirm my shipping address after the order was processedI am sure that if I had not emailed them inquiring about my order, they would have never sent it to meThey told me they were overloaded with orders and since they are a company run completely by just TWO PEOPLE, they would send it out as soon as possibleI emailed them back asking if it had been made and when to expect itThey did not get back to me and I continued to send un-returned emails for a couple weeksFinally they sent out a generated email saying that they were having maintenance done on their machines, which would last ten daysApparently, after months, they had still not made my sweatshirt and it would take another month or longer for them to even send it out for meI would recommend that people not order from this businessThey hand-make all their products, and with only people making them, and thousands of orders coming in that they can not keep up with, I do not consider this a reliable businessI cancelled my order because if this business shuts down, which I foresee happening (since they have not been reliable), I would not want to loose my money

I ordered in February, sent multiple emails to inquire about my order and haven't gotten a responseI was charged immediately through Amazon pay and paid for fastest shippingI also read email will get response in 2-days and it has been more than thatI'm patient but I'm worried that this site is not legitI need help

Ordered in early December, my card was charged right awayIt is now over months later and nothingI was told on separate occasions my order was being shippedIt never wasNow that I am demanding a refund they have stopped responding to me altogether

I want to let everyone know to stay away from this company. \r\nStay away from this site, they are a scam and once they get your money they won\'t return your messages or give you what you payed for!\r\nI\'m not the only person now having these issues with this company others have posted on their web site of the same issues.\r\nI have also taken this matter to the banks

Over a month ago, I found two pieces of my art being sold on this website without my knowledge or permission. I sent them multiple emails asking them to take down my work (and have even gone so far as to let them know that I am willing to provide proof that it is my work they are selling). They have not responded, and it has been over a month. Frustrated, I decided to write a comment on their Facebook page, asking about this and whether or not they will respond or continue to sell my artwork (which was NEVER intended to be sold by myself in the first place). Within FIVE MINUTES, this post was deleted, and I am blocked from many any more comments. So clearly they have seen my comments and messages, but refuse to acknowledge them. This is totally disrespectful to me and my hard work, basically making it seem like it's worth nothing. I have even found work by other artists that I recognize, that I know have not given this site permission to sell. Their business practices are shady, and all I want is for them to either contact me back, OR to take down my artwork from their products page. And yet I have not had any response other than having my complaint and questions deleted from their page.

I'm completely disgusted !! My son ordered two items with his birthday money they sent confirmation they received the order . Then they sent another email a month later that they're only a two person company they were working hard to ship order. Then another month later they were very busy due to the holiday season . Needless to say I've sent several emails with my order numbers because that's their only contact info . Once I started complaining the emails from them stopped , still no money back and no merchandise!!
