The day I filed my complaint on November 19th, the business contacted me and said that the order has shipped and it will arrive Monday.That was days agoToday is the 2nd Monday since the e-mail was sent, and I have yet to receive a shirt Please move forward with my complaint

We have mailed out this order back in October, however, we will send out another itemIt will go out today, however, this will be our last attempt to mail order to the address indicated on the order
